Ana began her journey of self-discovery and self-healing with healing modalities in 1995. Following illness and injury, she was inspired by a Holistic Practitioner to pursue her path. She became a Reiki Master teacher in the Tibetan Usui Shiki Ryotto method in 2011.  To enhance her energy healing practice, she became certified in Ayurvedic Shirodhara, a treatment that is used to calm the mind. She incorporates the use of crystals in her sessions. Ana teaches classes on how to use crystals to enhance energy healing. Ana is a certified Sound and Vibrational Healing practitioner with the Atma Buti School of Colorado with Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowls. She completed her certification with the Atma Buti sound and vibrational school of Boulder, Colorado where she has learned different protocols i.e., Chakra Clearing, Aura Clearing, Relaxation Therapy, Group and individual meditation as well as stress and depression protocols and more.  In 2016 Ana has also started studying the Arcturian Healing Method and so far, completed 11 levels taught by Dr. Gene Ang, she has been attuned to different frequencies to work with to release blocks, to perform Entity Removal/ Clearing attachments, Distant Healing Sessions, Acupoint Energy Healing, Group Healing Sessions, Clearing Spaces effectively, balancing and clearing energy centers. Ana has experienced great results with this modality, and she will provide people with messages of love and gentle guidance.  She continues to study different forms of healing to help others on their healing journey.    Ana is also working with the energy of Orion and Andromeda to assist in strengthening all Subtle Bodies and bring vitality, alignment, strength, fortitude harmony and balance. She is presently studying Biogeometry to provide people with different ways to bring centering energy to balance their environment and their systems. Ana has studied Past Life Regression with the Dolores Cannon system. And she will be slowly easing into this practice to offer additional services that provide healing to our past and present inner child. Ana has completed Beyond Quantum Healing course in 2022 to deepen Past Life Regression practices.
Ana works with Soul conduction and Soul Retrieval. Ana teaches several workshops with the intent to empower people to connect directly to the Divine and increase their personal power. Her objective is to teach people how to become independent and empowered for she believes that humans are magnificent beings. Ana works to assist others in expanding their capacity to hold more light and spiritual wisdom. Energetically clearing emotional scaring, easing depression and anxiety, healing ancestral patterns, working with timelines, etc.
Ana has studied vibrational medicine, French Radiesthesia and color vibration qualities that support healing and crystal healing in depth with the Vesica Institute.
Ana continues to study to improve her ability to help herself and those around her to navigate life’s journey with strength, with wonder and resilience.
